RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for labor, materials, equipment, supervision and
all other items necessary for the construction of a concrete foundation for a 37 ton vessel at the
Beaumont Fire Training Grounds; and,
WHEREAS, Placo, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$24,940.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Placo,
Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Placo, Inc. of Beaumont for labor, materials, equipment,
supervision and all other items necessary for the construction of a concrete foundation for a 37
ton vessel at the Beaumont Fire Training Grounds in the amount of $24,940.00, be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
