RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay $37,336.47 to Mustang
Tractor and Equipment Company for emergency repairs to Unit 5068, a 1988 Caterpillar D7H
dozer used in the daily operation of the City's Landfill.
