RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Beaumont Habitat for Humanity has tendered a fifteen (15') foot
wide general utility easement located in the abandoned alley of Block 9 of the Oakwood
Addition, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said tract of land tendered by Beaumont Habitat for Humanity be, and the same is
hereby, in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the -,,7 7M,
