RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Kenneth Hicks' property damage claim should be settled for
$3,148.56; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Kenneth
Hicks in the amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-eight and 56/100 Dollars
($3,148.56).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the ?u�
day of 1991.
