BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement for the
expenditure of approximately $46,000.00 for the adjustment of United Texas Transmission
Company's pipelines for the FM 364 (Major Drive) construction.
