BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to acquire a "Green Belt"
easement located on the east bank of the Neches River across from Riverfront Park with the
approximate dimensions of 500' by 1600' from the property owners thereof.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1991.
