WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) electronic retrieval
filing system for the Employee Relations Department; and,
WHEREAS, NB Business Systems of Houston, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $16,572.16; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by NB
Business Systems of Houston is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by NB Business Systems of Houston, Texas in the amount of
$16,572.16 for the purchase of one (1) electronic retrieval filing system for use by the
Employee Relations Department, be accepted by the City of Beaumont. ,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
