RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a portable wood waste tub
grinder for the Solid Waste Management Department; and,
WHEREAS, Fuel Harvesters Equipment, Inc. of Midland, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $139,541.00 with a unit engine warranty of twelve (12) months; and,
. WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Fuel
Harvesters Equipment, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Fuel Harvesters Equipment, Inc. of Midland, Texas for the
purchase of a portable wood waste tub grinder for the Solid Waste Management Department in
the amount of$139,541.00 with a unit engine warranty of twelve (12) months, be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
