RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing to consider the 1991-1992 fiscal budget of the City shall be held at 7:00
p.m. on September 3, 1991, in the City Council Chambers, City of Beaumont, Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing to consider the five-year Capital
Program for fiscal years 1992 through 1996 shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on September 3, 1991,
in the City Council Chambers, City of Beaumont, Texas. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to publish a notice of such hearing as provided by the City Charter.
