RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) 65 HP tractor loader
backhoe combination units for the Sewer Maintenance Division of Water Utilities; and,
WHEREAS, Equipment Headquarters, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $61,350.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Equipment Headquarters, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by Equipment Headquarters, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of
$61,350.00, for the purchase of two (2) 65 HP tractor loader backhoe combination units for the
Sewer Maintenance Division of Water Utilities, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
