RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for the issuance of an emergency purchase order
for repairs to the Police Department's surveillance airplane; and,
WHEREAS, Gafford Aero of San Marcos, Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $26,518.20; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gafford
Aero of San Marcos, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gafford Aero of San Marcos, Texas in the amount of $26,518.20
for emergency repairs to the Police Department's surveillance airplane be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the Gf`
