RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the complete retrofit of the existing restroom
and concession stand canopy at Riverfront Park; and,
WHEREAS, Jleeco Builders of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $24,042.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Jleeco
Builders is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Jleeco Builders of Beaumont, Texas for the complete retrofit of the
existing restroom and concession stand canopy at Riverfront Park, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
