RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase two hundred fourteen
(214) 90-gallon garbage containers from Toter, Inc., at a cost of $53.95 each for a total of
$11,545.30.
