RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one(1)truck cab and chassis,
mounted with a herbicide spray unit for the Street and Drainage Department; and,
WHEREAS, Wickersham Ford of Orange, Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $43,913.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Wickersham Ford is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wickersham Ford of Orange, Texas in the amount of $43,913.00
for one (1) truck cab and chassis, mounted with a herbicide spray unit for the Street and
Drainage Department, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of t 1991.
