RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Australian
Courtworks, Inc. for the Surface Improvements for Beaumont Municipal Tennis Courts in the
amount of $105,000.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the lday of
1991.
