RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1991, bids were received for an annual contract to furnish
laboratory testing services for the Public Utilities/Water Reclamation's Wastewater Industrial
Pretreatment Program; and,
WHEREAS, Sourceone Environmental of Beaumont, Texas, submitted the bid as
listed below:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Sourceone
Environmental is the lowest and best bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sourceone Environmental be accepted by the City of Beaumont
in the amounts listed above for an annual contract to furnish laboratory testing services for the
Public Utilities/Water Reclamation's Wastewater Industrial Pretreatment Program.
