RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers of Greenfield Village, Section One, have completed
the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements as follows:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements
• Easley Drive frm the existing pavement 185 feet northwest
to and including the cul-de-sac.
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements
• Lots 3 through 7, Block 1
• Lots 1 through 6, Block 3
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Public Works and Water Utilities Departments
recommend that said improvements meet City standards and qualify for acceptance for
permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements of Greenfield Village,
Section One, as described above, are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont contingent
upon filing of the final plat complete with proper filings of dedication of all rights-of-way and
easements shown required on preliminary and final plats and shall be continuously maintained
by the City.
