RESOLUTION
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a deed transferring
a 0.112 acre tract of land out of the Noah Tevis Survey to the Kansas City Southern Railway
Company as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
