RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a pipeline permit with Gulf
States Utilities and Sabine Gas Transmission Company for permission to install sixty (60') feet
of twenty-four (24") inch natural gas pipeline across Spindletop Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
