BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement with the
State Department of Highways and Public Transportation for the City's 20% participation in the
cost of the Federal Highway Administration's Off-State System Bridge Program.
