RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for providing labor and equipment to excavate
and recompact cell liners at the City's Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Mayers Construction, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $19,000.00 per cell; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mayers
Construction, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mayers Construction, Inc. of Beaumont for providing labor and
equipment to excavate and recompact cell liners at the City's Landfill, in the amount of
$19,000.00 per cell, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this theft
day of rze 1991.
