RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the restoration and refinishing of all windows
and doors at the Julie Rogers Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, Lange Brothers of Port Arthur, Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $26,120.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lange
Brothers of Port Arthur, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lange Brothers of Port Arthur, Texas for restoration and
refinishing of all windows and doors at the Julie Rogers Theatre, in the amount of$26,120.00,
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this theme
