WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of water and sewer pipe to be
utilized by the Water Utilities Department for installation projects; and,
WHEREAS, International Supply of Lufkin, Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $43,427.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by International
Supply of Lufkin, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by International Supply of Lufkin, Texas in the amount of$43,427.00
for the purchase of water and sewer pipe to be utilized by the Water Utilities Department for
installation projects be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
