RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on March 5, 1991, the City Council of the City of Beaumont
awarded a contract in the amount of$3,299,161.19 to Russ Miller Construction Company for
Improvements to College Street; and,
WHEREAS, Council wants to provide for two-way traffic from Goliad to Avenue
F; and,
WHEREAS, to remedy this condition, labor, materials, equipment and
supervision is required to provide such two-way traffic during the construction as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 in the
amount of $125,000.00 to Russ Miller Construction Company for all labor, materials,
equipment and supervision required to provide two-way traffic during the construction of of the
project from Goliad to Avenue F.
