RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
the sanitary landfill;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the sanitary landfill be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
Five and one-half (5 1/2) acre
undivided interest in an eighteen
(18) acre tract of land out of the
James Rowe Survey.
Owner: Texas Commerce Bank, N.A.
Appraised Value: $1,512.50
