RESOLUTION
W gEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract as authorized by State law
as an "assigned sheltered workshop" for furnishing bi-weekly litter removal services on arterial
streets; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amounts as follows:

STREET CATEGORY ILE
1.0 Street width greater than 30 feet with no median $78.38
2.0 Street width less than 30 feet with no median $74.89
3.0 Streets with a median greater than 20 feet
$87.67
4.0 Streets with a median less than 20 feet $82.23
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Beaumont
Products and Services, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. for furnishing bi-weekly
litter removal services on arterial streets, in the amounts stated above, be accepted by tthe City
of Beaumont.
