That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a Earnest Money
Contract for the purpose of implementing the sale of Lots 1-26, Block 38 of the Averill
Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas the same being generally referred
to as the Wilson Art Museum property.
