That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to accept a Five Hundred Dollar
($500.00) settlement offer by Beaumont Aerie 116 of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for the
release of grass cutting liens totaling $1,156.27, against Lot 129, Block 11, Crary Addition.
