RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing labor, equipment and materials
for removing and installing a new canopy covering the basketball court at the Municipal Athletic
Complex at 6455 College; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco of Lumberton, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
$32,175.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco
is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco of Lumberton, Texas in the amount of $32,175.00 to
furnish labor, materials, equipment and engineering services to remove and construct a canopy
for the hard surfaced area at the Municipal Athletic Complex at 6455 College be accepted by
tthe City of Beaumont.
