RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to release payment in the amount of
$63,740.04 to Mustang Tractor and Equipment of Beaumont for emergency repairs to Unit
5061, a 1987 Caterpillar D7H dozer used in the daily operation of the Landfill.
