RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement for
expenditure of approximately $90,000.00 for the relocation of utilities for Southwestern Bell
Telephone Company for the Major Drive/FM 364 project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
