RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make emergency repairs to
recondition the ladder mechanism of Fire Department Ladder Truck No. 3, by American
LaFrance Corporation, at a cost of approximately $30,000.00, including the necessary
recertification.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the-Vzday of
1991.
