RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Some
Other Place, a non-profit organization that administers activities for the homeless. Under the
terms of the contract the 1990 Emergency Shelter Grants Funds, totaling $3,800.00 will be used
to provide a homeless prevention program at Some Other Place's facility located at 590 Center
Street, Beaumont, Texas.
