BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with the Trinity
Valley Baptist Association, an organization that manages Beaumont's Emergency Shelter Facility
located at 875 College Street, Beaumont, Texas. Under the terms of the contract, the 1991
Emergency Shelter Grant Funds, totaling $35,000.00, will be used to provide for payment of
operational expenses and essential services.
