BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into an agreement with Gulf
States Utilities for the construction of the Old Town Street Light Project. The cost of the
construction shall be no greater than $60,000.00, and the source of the funding is through the
Community Development Block Grant Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme/,Jt day of
