RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to maintain City owned,
non-utilized property; and,
WHEREAS, Guillory's Lawn Maintenance of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of$.0030 per square foot for developed property and $.0020 per square foot for
vacant property; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Guillory's Lawn Maintenance of Beaumont, is the best bid meeting specifications and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Guillory's Lawn Maintenance of Beaumont in the amount of$.0030
per square foot for developed property and $.0020 per square foot for vacant property to
maintain City owned, non-utilized property, be accepted.
