WHEREAS, bids were received for a six (6) month contract to provide asphalt
concrete patching mix for street repairs and maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-Texas of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
$29.25 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by APAC-
Texas of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specification and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by APAC-Texas of Beaumont, Texas for a six (6) month contract to
provide asphalt concrete patching mix for street repairs and maintenance be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
