WHEREAS bids were received for an annual contract to furnish plumbing
services, replacement parts and materials for all City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, C enterprises, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the
amounts stated below:
C enterprises, Inc. (Beaumont, TX)
Rate/Hour - Plumber $ 32.00
Rate/Hour - Helper $ 15.00
Minimum Service Call $ 32.00
Percent added to Material Cost 25%
and;
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by C
enterprises, Inc. of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by C enterprises, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas in the amounts stated
aboves for an annual contract to furnish plumbing services, replacement parts and materials for
all City facilities be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
