RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for grounds/facility
maintenance at the Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Guillory's Lawn Maintenance Company of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $4,800.00 per month for one (1) year with the option to
extend for an additional year if requested by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Guillory's Lawn Maintenance Company of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Guillory's Lawn Maintenance Company of Beaumont, Texas for
an annual contract for grounds/facility maintenance at the Athletic Complex in the amount of
$4,800.00 per month for one (1) year with the option to extend for an additional year if
requested by the City, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
