RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide cement
stabilized base for use by the Street and Drainage Department for the repair and replacement
of driveways and storm sewers; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-Texas submitted a bid in the amount of$15.20 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by APAC-
Texas of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by APAC-Texas of Beaumont, Texas in the amount of$15.20 per ton
for an annual contract to provide cement stabilized base for use by the Street and Drainage
Department for the repair and replacement of driveways and storm sewers, be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
