RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received to replaster the swimming and wading pools at
Magnolia Park located at 2855 Magnolia; and,
WHEREAS, Hamilton Pools, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $20,785.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Hamilton
Pools, Inc. is best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Hamilton Pools, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas in the amount of
$20,785.00 to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replaster the swimming
and wading pools at Magnolia Park located at 2855 Magnolia Street be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
