RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a pipeline permit with
Amoco Production Company for installation of 270 feet of eight (8") inch casing in the City's
right-of-way under Delaware Street at Dowlen Road, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all purposes. 1
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 /!-'day of
