BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the use of$41,000 historic
preservation line item funds of the Community Development Block Grant and the historic
preservation loan fund for restoration of the Kansas City Southern Depot.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of 1i 1991.
