RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment to Russ Miller
Construction Company, Inc. for materials on hand for use on the eastern section of the
improvements on College Street which extends from Avenue A to Goliad. Materials involved
are 5'x 4' concrete storm sewer box, prefabricated storm inlets and corrugated polyethylene
pipe. Payments shall be subject to the City's normal retainage.
