RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of one diesel driven tractor for
the Water Utilities, Water Reclamation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Eastex Farm and Home of Beaumont, submitted a bid in the amount
of $15,090.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Eastex
Farm and Home of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Eastex Farm and Home of Beaumont, in the amount of$15,090.00
for the purchase of one diesel driven tractor for the Water Utilities, Water Reclamation Division
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
