BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to renew a contract with the Innovative
Housing Development Corporation to provide$150,000.00 in 1990 Community Development Grant
Funds for continuation of the Innovative Housing Development Program.
