RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing and installing carpet and vinyl tile
at the Beaumont Community Health Service Facility; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Carpet, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount
of $14,123.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Beaumont
Carpet, Inc. in the amount of $14,123.00 is the best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Carpet Inc., of Beaumont in the amount of$14,123.00
for furnishing and installing carpet and vinyl tile at the Beaumont Community Health Service
Facility be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
