RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the installation of water and sewer
improvements to the 1989 annexed area including the State prison that is currently under
construction; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $1,815,717.92; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco,
Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. for the installation of water and sewer improvements
to the 1989 annexed area including the State prison that is currently under construction in the
amount of $1,815,717.92 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 11991.
