WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-
way for the College-Wall Connector Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College-Wall Connector Project be,
and the same are hereby, approved:
Parcel 1: 0.0193 acre out of Lots 395 and 396,
Block 56 of the Original Beaumont Townsite,
Noah Tevis Survey, Abstract 52

Owner: Kenneth E. Ruddy
Appraised Value: $2,492.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
