RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the claim of Mildred Mayfield should be paid in the amount of
$5,000.00; and,
WHEREAS the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Mildred
Mayfield in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
